Role Expectations:

  • Strategic position to grow IT business in SEA territory
  • Prospecting for new accounts customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio, and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales
  • Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and assist in preparation of marketing collaterals
  • Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers
  • Expected to sell point of sale service contracts, financing and drive margin though selling value and holding price
  • Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
  • Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive product sales
  • Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a IT environment is preferred
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a product-based sales process

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous technology sales experience or knowledge of Insurance Systems, networking and IT is preferred
  • Willingness to travel within specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business needs as well as to sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Proficiency in computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite products

Experience: 3-6 yrs

Role Expectations:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills.

  • Extensive hands on experience in Excel, VBA, SQL

Role Expectations:

  • Well versed with Software Testing/QA concepts.
  • Sound knowledge and advanced experience of manual and automated testing is a must.
  • Well versed with writing & managing test documents (e.g. Test Plan, Test Cases).
  • Experience to test automation framework design, implementation is a must.
  • Testing automation experience with Selenium.
  • Basic Knowledge in testing methodologies, test optimization techniques including white box testing is required.
  • Basic knowledge of RDBMS and writing SQL queries is needed.
  • Real time experience with Defect Life Cycles and Test Management Tools.
  • Well versed with Test Execution, Exception Reporting and Exception Analysis.
  • Review of Configuration and Change Requests of software and systems and determine re-validation or validation review requirements.
  • Experience in Test Planning and Test Strategy with proven records is essential.
  • Well versed with complete test process, bug life cycle, test reporting and test documentation.

  • Managing Development Projects through (8 - 12 member) teams including .net developers , QA and Testing Team

Basic Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech with minimum of 5-8 years of work experience. A minimum Experience of 2 years as Project Lead/Manager

  • Understanding of technical/product architectures in general
  • Exposure to client interaction
  • Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies
  • Experience in .net, creation/ integration with Web services, SQL Desirable : PMP PMI Certified, Scrum Certified
